AWIA Section 2013 Readiness for the 2025–2026 Cycle

Risk and Resilience Assessment, Emergency Response Plan, certification package - authored, reviewed, and defensible.

America’s Water Infrastructure Act (AWIA) Compliance

The America’s Water Infrastructure Act (AWIA) of 2018, Section 2013, requires every community water system serving more than 3,300 people to certify a Risk and Resilience Assessment (RRA) and an Emergency Response Plan (ERP) to the U.S. EPA on a recurring basis. The Round 2 submission cycle runs through 2025–2026. Cybersecurity is now explicitly named in the assessment scope.
